Original website content
Original articles, explanations and site-specific branding published by PokeSurvivor.me are distinct from the underlying game and third-party artwork. The footer’s copyright notice applies to original material for which this site holds rights. It does not claim ownership of Pokémon, PokeSurvivor or assets credited to other creators.
Linking to an article is welcome. Requests to reuse substantial original text or branding can be sent to [email protected]. A request should identify the material and the intended use so the maintainer can distinguish original work from content governed by a third-party license.
Game names and characters
Pokémon names, characters and related trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. PokeSurvivor is operated by its creator. PokeSurvivor.me is an unofficial fan guide and has no ownership of, affiliation with or endorsement from the game operator or the Pokémon rights holders.
Descriptive use of a name on this site is intended to identify the game or a gameplay subject. It is not a representation that the site is an official publisher or that it can grant permissions on a rights holder’s behalf.
Sprite artwork and artist credits
The sprite frames used by the guide were supplied with the game’s SpriteCollab artwork and are identified there under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0. The original artist list and license notices are retained and linked below. That license includes attribution requirements and a noncommercial restriction; it is not unrestricted permission for any use.
The guide’s locally served sprite previews are derived display frames. Their presence here does not transfer their creators’ rights to this website. Anyone considering reuse must check the applicable notice, provide the required attribution and assess whether their intended use is permitted.
Other assets and licenses
The historical game archive’s MIT notice is retained separately. Official code published after commit b297089 is identified by its creator under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0; the current notice and full license are linked below. The older MIT notice does not describe later releases. Pixelify Sans uses the SIL Open Font License, and SpriteCollab artwork has its own notice.
Decorative illustrations and website branding are not screenshots proving a live gameplay result. They should not be treated as game documentation or as a grant to reuse third-party intellectual property.
Copyright questions and corrections
For a concern, email [email protected] with the page URL, the specific material, an explanation of the relevant rights and a way to contact you. If you are writing on someone else’s behalf, explain that relationship. Send only information relevant to the request.
A clear identification of the material helps the maintainer investigate and make an appropriate correction. This page does not claim that a particular statutory notice procedure or response deadline applies in every jurisdiction.
